Two more pounds!

In the past week, I've lost another two pounds! Sure, some of that was whiskers, but it's amazing to see what working the program does for me. :)

Uggg

Been too long since I've posted. I've been lazy with my blog. I dunno.

Things are going ok. I'm back truly working a Weight Watchers program. So far, so good. I want to see my weight start with "15" very badly, though. Soon and very soon, I suppose. :)

Getting Back to It

So, it turns out I'm back up to 181 lbs. I re-upped my Weight Watchers membership today, and that's the number that was on the scale. I'm still not back at "obese," but a couple of bad weeks could put me there.

I acknowledge that I like to eat emotionally. It's not about the food; it's about the soothing that comes from fat and sugar. Cookie Monster and I definitely have something in common. I'll keep you posted.

Sorry for no post in so long

I've been going through a lot recently. The main thing affecting me today is going through foreclosure. I'm excited about the chance to move somewhere else; I'm not so excited about giving away my pets. I'm still looking for a home for Sassafras - here's a link for more information: http://goo.gl/Rww15

Cheers,

Heck of a run

Just got in from a four mile jaunt. It's amazing what I can do when I'm not obese! :)

Seriously, though, it was a great run - almost two miles on the greenline, and the others on city streets. Who could ask for anything more?

So...hungry...

I remember when I first started Weight Watchers back in January, for the first two weeks, around this time (4-ish in the afternoon), I always felt SO HUNGRY. It wore off...in time. I guess I just have to wait until my belly shrinks again.

Joggin'

I did it - for the first time since I severely sprained my knee (grade II MCL, grade I ACL and bruised PCL) on January 20th, I went for a jog. I did about 2.25 miles in about 25 minutes - certainly nothing to set the world on fire, but a good thing for today.
